This study explores the factors that influence incoming senior high school students in selecting the ABM strand as their preferred track. A literature review was conducted to gather information on the factors that have been previously studied in the context of career preferences and educational choices. A questionnaire survey was administered to a sample of incoming senior high school students from various schools within a specific region. Preliminary findings indicate that personal interests and career prospects are the most influential factors affecting students' decision to pursue the ABM strand. Further research is recommended to explore the factors in greater depth and investigate the long-term outcomes and satisfaction levels of students who have chosen the ABM strand.
